1. Who this policy applies to
This Privacy Policy explains how GlowRank ("GlowRank," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information about visitors to glowrankmarketing.com and clients who purchase our services.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Information you provide directly

Information we collect automatically
- Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps. This is standard server information used to operate the website.
- Analytics: if analytics tools are enabled, aggregate data about how visitors use the site. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Information we collect from clients' accounts
If you engage our services, you may grant us read-only access to your Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar tools. We access this data solely to deliver our services and do not share it externally.

We use the information we collect to:

4. When we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

- Airtable (United States) — client relationship records and project tracking.
- Vercel (United States) — website hosting and serverless function execution.
- Cloudflare (United States) — domain DNS and performance routing.
- GitHub (United States) — source code hosting for our website.
- Google Workspace (United States) — our business email (hello@glowrankmarketing.com) and internal docs.

Historical note: Prior to May 2026 we used MailerLite (Ireland / United States) for scorecard lead capture. We no longer transmit any data to MailerLite; the historical contact list from before the migration remains archived in their system and will be exported then deleted as part of our planned decommissioning. If you submitted the scorecard before May 11 2026 and want your MailerLite record removed today, email hello@glowrankmarketing.com.
- Legal compliance, if required by law, court order, or government request.
