1. Who we are
GlowRank ("GlowRank," "we," "us," or "our") provides SEO diagnostics, content production, and local search marketing services for medical spas and aesthetic clinics. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and GlowRank when you purchase or use any of our services.
By engaging our services or visiting this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
GlowRank offers three cumulative tiers of productized services, with pricing and scope described on our website. Each higher tier includes everything in the tiers below it:
- Tier 1: The SEO Audit & Playbook ($497 one-time), a custom diagnostic of your website and online presence plus install-ready playbooks, a Google Business Profile overhaul recommendation, one sample treatment page, and a 90-day fix sequence. Delivered within 48 hours of receiving the required inputs from you.
- Tier 2: The Marketing System ($1,997 one-time), everything in Tier 1 plus three custom treatment pages, a custom 30-day GBP post pack, a custom 30-day content calendar, a custom citation audit and 50-directory fix list, ten custom patient email drafts, plus a productized bundle of five calculators, four playbooks, content libraries, and a brand voice guide. Delivered within 5-7 business days of receiving the required inputs from you.
- Tier 3: The Growth System ($2,497 one-time), everything in Tier 2 plus two additional custom treatment pages (five total), 90 days of GBP posts, a 12-month editorial outline, the Local Competitor Intelligence Report (manual research on your top 5 local competitors), the Local Search Landscape Report, 20 more custom email drafts, plus four additional calculators, four additional playbooks, a 365-day content calendar, and a full brand voice guide. Delivered within 7-10 business days.
Upgrades between tiers are available at any time. You pay only the difference between tiers (for example, $1,500 to upgrade from The SEO Audit to The Marketing System).
We deliver our services using a combination of AI-driven tooling and human review. All deliverables are reviewed before being shared with you.
3. Payment
All prices are in US dollars and are listed on our website. One-time services are paid in full in advance of work beginning.
All GlowRank tier purchases (The SEO Audit, The Marketing System, and The Growth System) are one-time purchases. There is no recurring billing or subscription to cancel. Section 4 below covers refund eligibility for one-time purchases.
4. Refunds
All three tiers (The SEO Audit, The Marketing System, and The Growth System) carry a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the deliverables within 14 days of delivery, email hello@glowrankmarketing.com for a full refund. Refunds are granted in good faith without requiring you to argue scope. The 14-day window runs from delivery of your full bundle. Abusive or repeat-purchaser refund patterns may be denied at GlowRank's discretion.
5. Client responsibilities
To perform our services, we need your cooperation. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your business, website, and treatments.
- Retain full control of every system at all times. GlowRank operates strictly as a recommendations-and-install-guides provider. We do not request, accept, or maintain admin, manager, owner, or editor access on any client-controlled asset, including but not limited to website content management systems, Google Business Profile, Google or Meta advertising accounts, social media profiles, web analytics, or email service providers. You (or your developer or contractor) implement every recommended change using the plain-English install guides we ship with each deliverable.
- Respond to our requests for inputs within a reasonable time.
- Ensure you hold all necessary licenses, permits, and rights to operate your med spa and to publish the content we produce.
6. Intellectual property
Once you have paid in full for a specific deliverable, you own the rights to publish and use that deliverable on your own website and marketing channels. GlowRank retains ownership of its proprietary methodology, internal tooling, and any templates or frameworks used to produce your deliverables.
You grant GlowRank a limited license to display your business name and publicly published work as a case study or portfolio example, unless you notify us in writing otherwise.
7. No guarantees
SEO is influenced by many factors outside any agency's control, including Google's algorithm changes, competitor actions, and your own business decisions. GlowRank does not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic volumes, patient bookings, revenue, or any other business outcomes. Anyone who offers such guarantees is either misleading you or using tactics that risk penalties to your site.
Our work is performed in accordance with Google's published guidelines. We do not use black-hat or spam-based tactics, and we will not do so on your behalf under any circumstances.
8. Not medical or legal advice
GlowRank is a marketing services provider. Nothing we produce constitutes medical, legal, or regulatory advice. Medical spas are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to FDA regulations, state medical board rules, HIPAA (where applicable), and advertising regulations specific to medical and aesthetic services.
You are responsible for reviewing all content we produce for medical accuracy and regulatory compliance before publishing.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GlowRank's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid GlowRank in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
GlowRank is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold GlowRank harmless from any third-party claims arising from your use of our deliverables, your business operations, or any inaccurate information you provide to us.
11. Termination
GlowRank tier purchases are one-time and have no ongoing engagement to terminate. Refund eligibility is governed by the 14-day satisfaction guarantee in Section 4.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated by email to active clients.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Ontario, Canada.
